I don’t normally write a review but I feel I need to with this criminal company. I’m a single mother just trying to make it and my payments started off as £50 per month which is reasonable for factor fees if everyone is making those payments every month, it should be going to a balance for the company to use. However, my payments slowly started to increase and then out of nowhere I was being pursued for a full balance. I increased my payments to nearly £200 per month which is like another mortgage payment for me, to pay for factors which I can’t fathom, but I done it because they told me that’s what I had to pay. They then threatened me with legal action, but I don’t understand why because I’m making payments? They also added £40 late fees to my account. I have never missed a payment in my life, always done the right thing which my credit score will prove, but I have been treated like a criminal for not paying the full amount which I can’t afford. My mental health has declined rapidly as I’ve had to pay them the full amount to stop any legal action, but now I can’t afford the rest of my bills and all I’ve done is cry and worry. This company is ruining my life and making it even harder for me to put food on the table for my kids. I don’t know how they can get away with doing this to people.
