Terrible factoring company
Terrible factoring company. In the five months I’ve lived in my building I’ve had multiple issues which have been ignored. I have contacted them multiple times regarding these issues. I was then slapped with a £40 late payment fee even though I’ve been trying to contact them to dispute the fees as I’m paying for something that isn’t working.
