Cust. Svc. Veronique, really went beyond meeting standards in her position. She went Above Excellent. Veronique assisted me, (via phone and we both were online) during my online member process. She communicated in a knowledgeable manner and she was polite and professional at all times. I'm excited about my 9AM Health membership.
*For those having problems with the Rx being covered by their Rx providers, I have updated information regarding approvals via Medi-Cal, Medicaid in both TX & CA.
