Updated review: only glitchy thing I have found on here is the chat. It kept closing on me while I was talking to someone then eventually I lost the whole conversation and had to start over. But I already got my redemption. That was super fast. Spoke with a nice rep on chat name Lyra Rose as I had not gotten any emails or anything regarding it. She lmk that in my notifications should have been one saying my redemption was approved. So I clicked it and put in the card I wanted to use and bam. Instantly in my account. I just signed up for these guys last night and I play on a lot of casino sites. I don’t know what games the folks were playing where they were hitting nothing but losing spins because I had the opposite experience. I won enough to redeem on my first time playing. And it was pretty quick too. Their rtp levels on their hold and win games was pretty good. At least for 3 out of the 4. I love the layout and how easy it was to sign up and navigate. I submitted my redeem request and my id documents. Once I hear from someone and am able to get my deposit hopefully smoothly. I will absolutely be updating to 5 stars. I have always loved monster. Have purchased many packages on the site as well as been able to redeem on here with no problems. I play on many many sites and have used Samsub to verify my info so many times. I purchased a package on lonestar and won. Not a lot. Only $70 so I chose a gift card. Well for some reason this time they requested a copy of my payment card. I uploaded what it requested exactly and for some reason Samsub came back saying they could not verify my card. I don’t understand I have never had this issue before. 😭

Update: still waiting. Going on 30 days now. It was 30 days processing time when I won. Your terms and conditions updated after that or something because your own cs rep told me within 30z There is no reason why it takes up to 90 days to pay someone when it takes 30 seconds to take their money in the first place. You are the worst and this is crooked business practices however you want to spin it. Sorrry but it is. will update if and when I get my redemption. This is getting a little ridiculous. I put in a redemption request of only $100 back on sept. 25. It STILL shows pending. I have talked to a couple different customer service reps and just keep getting their generic pre-typed responses. I could see them making people wait a little bit if their wins are huge or if they won solely on like log in bonuses. But if you purchase coins and win they should not take this long. I have had a much different experience with Lavish Luck than a lot of these reviews. I play on a bunch of the different spin sorcery casinos and this one is one of the worst ones for me. I cannot hit bonus rounds or get over $10 in winnings on this one. I’ve won quite a bit and rather often on the other ones except for prowess and one other. There’s about 6 or 7 that I think I win at least $50 or more once a month. I play them every day. I’ll buy the 7 day subscriptions on here and I never win anything. Just lose lose lose spin after spin.
Idk what all the bad reviews are about. First time I bought the $10 first purchase pack I won over a hundred and had it in my account in less then 24 hours with an ach redemption. Games are fair and you don’t have to spin for hours to hit a bonus spin. I like the site so far.

I love sidepot by fliff. While their selection of games could be better the rest of it is great. And they are super fair about making sure I win once in a while. and i always get my redemptions pretty quick.
Idk how anyone can give these guys high ratings. I have been playing on this site for about a year now. Collecting log ins daily and buying a lot of packages. They literally let me win one time in the very beginning. That’s how they sucker you in. Idc what anyone says. Once you win it’s almost non existent as far as any sort of winnings again after they. Maybe people that spend hundreds and hundreds a day can get a little return here and there. But for us casual players? It is ridiculous. They do give some nice surprise bonuses here and there but it does not good if you just lose lose lose the entire time. Games like jokers jewels and gates of Olympus should not take 20 something spins for a 0.02-0.08 cent return. That’s nuts. Other sites don’t have their rtps set so low on these games. I have found that a lot Of the smaller lesser known sites are so much more fair with their winnings than with these guys and their sister sites. It is ridiculous.

Yay is super fun to play on. Their daily log in bonuses are decent. Only reason for the low stars is they make is almost Impossible to get to a redeemable amount. I have played on this site for almost a year now. Several times a week and have been able To redeem $50 one time. I’ve Spent probably 50 times That much on there. They need to make the back and forth play and the fairness a little better.

Update: I am raising my review of these guys to five stars. While I do feel they need to work on their customer service department their casino itself is great. I got my redemption of $200 within 48 hours. This is the third redeem in the last month I’ve gotten from them which is more than any other casino I’ve played on and I play on a lot of them. I think some of you are being unfair to them to be Honest. Every casino has rules and regulations and things they have to have you do to get your money. If you do what they ask of you and do it quickly and you yourself are on the up and up I don’t see what the issue is. 🤷♀️I had 1 small extra step I had to do this time around which I’ll admit did make me nervous because of some of the other reviews I read for a short minute. The pic shows my name, the expiration date and the first 6 and last 4 numbers of my card I use for purchases as well as redemptions. I did not receive an email but when I went in to my account it did change from pending to verified and from red to green so seems to me like that is a good thing. If I end up Getting this deposit I will absolutely be raising my review to five stars. I like the site it’s easy to use. I do agree with everyone saying customer service is lacking.

Update #2: finally After a pretty long wait I got my redemption. Once everything was verified it didn’t take too long but still longer then most other sites I play on. They should definitely find a way to streamline their process. But I still love playing on here and will continue to do so.
Update: I am STILL waiting to hear anything on my verifications. It’s getting a little uncool at this point. I won on another site the day after I wrote this and was verified and had my Deposit within 48 hours. I have never had one of these sites take this long to look at some documentation. I am only giving 2 stars as of right now. Will absolutely update if everything goes through. I have been playing on here for a while and finally won enough to redeem. Did the initial veirification process. Here’s my issue. When you do the initial 1 through their third party they are able to see if your address is different then the one on your id. In my state if your address changes you report it online to the drivers license place but because it has a barcode they can scan it’s left up to you if you want to spend the extra money to get a copy with the new address. I know the third parties can see when they run the information what your current address is. Anyways so I went to try and redeem and they asked for something stating address. I uploaded my bank statement. I have NEVER had issues at any other casino when it came to it showing a different address on it. So then almost 48 hours later I get an email stating they wanted more verifications which I sent them several. Now they’re saying it is going to be 24-48 hours but up to 14 FREAKING DAYS! Just for them to review documents I uploaded? Crazy! So we will see how the rest of this goes. I also hate that they do not have a chat option for customer service and that it takes so so Long for any response from the support staff. I’m Hoping that this is just a minor delay and the everything will go smoothly from here. Will update once everything is said and done either way.

I love the platform and their social media bonuses are unreal. However it’s still not on of my fave sites. I never win on here. I have never gotten even close to being able to redeem after months and months of playing. I have had at least 1 redemption on every other one of the 20 or so social casinos I play on. I stopped putting money in to this one because I can ever even get ahead. I just lose the entire time from the first spin. They need to loosen their machines a wee bit. Probably get more paying customers. I won’t continue paying for something if I feel Like I don’t Have a chance of ever getting at least some Of it back.
