They are a vile, disgusting company and how they still operate and get away with it baffles me, but it just shows the times we are living in. All the bad people are in power and they make me feel sick. Everyone should just be paying a regular monthly amount to factors, but they just rob you, tell you one thing and then go back on what they say. Awful people and anyone who works at that organisation is definitely involved in something shady. I don’t care what people do, but I don’t want to fund their suspicious activity!!!!

I can’t attach a link, but please good the tv presenter Angus Simpson and factor fees. He won his case against his factoring company because a judge told them that their statements were illogical and no one should be paying £149 per month for factor fees. Sounds familiar doesn’t it?

It makes my blood boil that I’m paying the amounts I’m paying, but I’m only doing it to protect my credit file as I’ve never had bad credit in my life, but this company threatens me at every step. I’ve tried to raise a complaint, but they ignore it. They ignore my emails. If my credit file was terrible, I would let them take me to court because the evidence I have against them, I know I’d win my case. I’m trying to fight them in other ways, and everyone else should be. If you keep paying them these crazy amounts, they will keep charging them because they think they’re untouchable. Never in my life did I think that when it came to bills, it would be factor fees that I struggle to pay or the ones who give me hassle.

Absolute shambles of a company. Keep clear of them. They’re a cancer to society.

James Gibb are criminals, scum and thieves. They don’t even deserve one star because they are corrupted gangsters who do absolutely nothing and want everything.

I have paid them faithfully for 5 years, never missed a payment, but the payments they ask a month for are ridiculous. I paid them £700 on the 2nd July and they have billed me this month for £300. Paying £1000 to factors in 2 months is mental. They are bleeding me dry.

I have tried to communicate with them, but they don’t reply to emails, and when they do, they choose what parts of your email they want to reply to. They ignore you but then threaten you with legal action. Criminals. Insane.

I have been billed for construction work on roofing due to the storm, but this has been a blatant lie. I asked them to provide evidence of this and it was ignored. They also ignored me when I wanted a formal complaint raised. £45 for a management fee is hilarious when they manage nothing.

The fact that all their reviews are of the same things is proof that they rob people and nothing gets done about it. I don’t know how they are still running as a company because it is a criminal organisation who steal and steal.

I have spoken to family, friends and colleagues who pay factor fees and they don’t pay over £100 for them, but we all are, plus a lump sum every 3 months. They are scum who want to suck the life out of people.

I want them gone, they make me sick and I hope karma catches up to each and every one of them who works at that criminal organisation. They have a lot of secrets and they should be looked into throughly because they are beyond shady.

Everyone as a whole should just refuse to pay them their fees and get them booted out. They deserve nothing.
