I wasted my time with Nioplay, but thankfully not my money. I’m in awe that there are positive reviews of this place

When Nioplay updated their system I had $40 accumulated and eligible to count toward a $100 redemption. The system update reset my progress to zero funds eligible for redemption. So I played through the money again.

In August I was shocked to receive an email about bonus abuse. I replied that I didn’t understand why I’d received it because I was participating in daily game play. They emailed back and I was told they could see I was playing regularly but my account was flagged by the system. At that time I was thankful that they warned me about their 72 hour rule and thought it spoke to the platform’s transparency. I remembered that right when I signed up I had let the bonuses sit for a few days, but that was months prior to getting a warning about it. After getting blindsided by Nioplay’s bonus abuse warning I never let a bonus go 72 hours unplayed, even when the game I was playing daily stopped working. I just tried other games.

Also, I don’t believe the play through requirement was 5X when I registered, but maybe that’s another gem hiding in their terms and conditions.

I routinely experienced issues with false geoblocks. The site would claim I was trying to play from a restricted state when I was not. Nioplay could benefit from using more reliable tools to verify player locution.

After approximately 9 months I finally had enough SC to request a redemption. I needed to verify my account again, but chalked that up to something related to the big reboot Nioplay did last summer (the one where everyday you’d get a pop up warning you not to play because your balance may not calculate accurately). All the SC I accumulated was from play with the daily log. I never gave a dime to this platform. Honestly I would have bought a coin package, had the terms and conditions not been so convoluted. They state you can only participate in one bonus at a time, but you get the daily log ins automatically when you open your account. Additionally it says something about a bonus only counting when your account has more than 100 SC. The way those stipulations are written did not make sense to me. I could not determine how to avoid participating in multiple bonuses when the daily log in bonus is an automatic credit.

A few hours ago I received an email from Nioplay informing me that my redemption request was denied due to bonus abuse. They wiped out the $100 I’d managed to acrew. For what it’s worth, I know I did not abuse my bonus. I see there are numerous other reviews where this has happened to other consumers.

This company put something in the fine print to deny consumers their earned redemptions. Hypothetically, how much SC would a customer need to hoard to get around a 5X play through on 30¢? If you saved up $100 thirty cents at a time it would still be challenging not to lose money with a 5X play through requirement.

I don’t like that Kickr doesn’t give sign in rewards once you have $10 of SC, but that isn’t why I’m giving this platform 1 star. What really viscerally offended me was Baseball Bingo. You can play Baseball Bingo by picking out 5 MLB players; if they all a hit home run then $1 of SC will win you $100 SC. And if you don’t know how much of a rip off this is, get on any real Sportsbook and see what a 5 leg “player to hit a home run” parlay pays. The odds of 5 guys all hitting a home run the same day are significantly higher than +10000.

When I signed up I thought CrownCoins was Draftking’s social casino but I don’t believe they are actually affiliated. Regardless CrownCoins does not disappoint!! You might not get SC everyday you log in but they do reward you for hitting milestones and promise better rewards as you progress through the loyalty program. CrownCoins routinely offers discounted coin packages. I like to grab one on weekends when they are doing Ziggy’s Puzzle or have that little worm guy hopping along to reach a stein of beer! CrownCoins is fast with redemption requests too. I’d estimate mine have all processed within two business days. I like that you can request a prize once you have $50 of SC accumulated. Offering a variety of promo packages and building trust with reliable redemption experiences are factors that influenced my decision to make purchases on CrownCoins social casino. I have been satisfied with my experience on this platform so far.

Lots of games and responsive customer support team! I’m happy with Cashoomo. They respond instantly if you message them and have helped me any time I ever had a question or concern. They routinely have good promotions plus if you choose to purchase a coin package then you are rewarded with a higher log in reward for a week. Cashooma is completely transparent about how to qualify for the $1 SC daily recharge. And sometimes they randomly gift you with free spins!! The one thing I would like to see change is the minimum and maximum redemption amount are both $100 for my account. Prize redemptions can take a week to process, but I think that’s a reasonable amount of time.

I’d say, stay away from this one if you are looking to earn enough from daily rewards to meet the $100 cash out requirement. It was pretty bad when they were giving out $0.05 a day in SC. Now it is a wheel. I’m on day 2 of GC rewards on the new wheel. I won’t be returning for day 3. I joined months ago and I am no where close to qualifying for a prize redemption. My favorite games on Smiles Casino were the Pragmatic Play games. Now those are gone. Daily SC rewards are gone. This isn’t the place for me.

Where is the Sportsbook? I signed up for this account maybe a week ago and yesterday I bought the first purchase package for $25 that credits your account with $50. I sent a message trying to get help navigating the site. It told me I was being connected with someone, but that never happened. So I filled out a form with my name and email to get directions on how to access their Sportsbook or an explanation / trouble shooting tips regarding why the link isn’t working. Gamedayzone has rules pertaining to a Sportsbook listed with their terms and policies, so I assume it exists. The lack of feedback from customer support is a red flag. Their casino games seem good, but I’m not feeling great about spending money on a site I can’t fully access. Maybe there’s a logical explanation related to my location that would explain why the Sportsbook isn’t popping up for me. I might feel better about this if someone gets back to me. There’s another thing I noticed regarding the new customer package. It looks like you can do the $25 for $50 deal more than once. The package shows up that way prior to making your first purchase. Those same discounted prices are listed in a “buy again” package. But once I made a purchase the discounted packages were gone. It’s not a huge deal, just seems misleading. There aren’t daily log in rewards, so it would be challenging for me to meet the $100 minimum redemption criteria without putting more money in. It feels foolish to spend more money in the absence of basic reassurances regarding the functionality and legitimacy of this platform. I’d recommend using caution with this site.
UPDATE: Customer support did respond and prompted me to check back because their Sportsbook is not live at this time. I will check back and update Trustpilot regarding my experience.

Final update: This one really was not useful to me due to the fact that there was no functioning Sportsbook. Had that critical component been up and running I might have given this platform a higher rating.

It takes 3 weeks for Real Prize to process a gift card through Prize Out. That’s new. Previous redemptions took the standard amount of time, 1 - 3 business days. Slow processing
can be annoying, but besides that minor frustration, I’d say Real Prize a is a good platform. I like that they give you the option to redeem a $45 gift card if you’d rather do that than wait until you have $100 to request a cash prize. Real Prize also has a huge variety of games to play. I’m grateful for the daily log in reward and I appreciate it when Real Prize awards players with free spins or does an extra couple days of bonus SC to celebrate a holiday or special event.

I value Zula’s consistency. I joined in February, 2025 and Zula has never lowered their daily log in reward or raised the minimum redemption amount. When you do submit a redemption it only takes about one business day to process. Zula recently had a great promotion to celebrate their birthday. Happy birthday Zula!! You’re one of my favorites!! Don’t ever change!!

I liked Betty Sweeps when they had daily SC rewards and you could cash out a $10 redemption. Now the minimum redemption amount is $100. It’s not Betty Sweeps fault that Pragmatic Play pulled out of the US market. But my opinion of Betty Sweeps has been negatively impacted by the loss of a major game provider, their switch to the gem system, and Betty’s decision to multiply the minimum redemption amount by 10x. I do not recommend Betty Sweeps.

I think I was initially put off by the fact that the daily login reward goes away if you don’t pay in, but it’s so worth it to pay in!! Legendz has great promos every week!! Just yesterday I was telling a friend about Thirsty Thursday. I want to go back in time to make up for the months I wasn’t taking full advantage of everything my Legendz account has to offer!!

Moozi’s support team was fast and effective!! I requested my first redemption but I couldn’t link my bank. They reset something in my account so that I could process the redemption with a debit card. Everything went smoothly from there!! There was a period of time when I was unable to log in daily due to the IP address on my phone saying I was in NY, where you can’t use Moozi. When I use WiFi, not my mobile data, I don’t have issues trying to log in. It would be great if in the future they let you share your precise location from your phone!! I appreciate that Moozi is consistent with their daily log in reward and sometimes they do events where you get an extra bonus throughout a holiday weekend. What really makes Moozi stand out above some of the other Sweeps Sites was the positive experience I had when I reached out to customer support and got exactly what I needed. Thank you, Moozi!!

SCAM. I bought the $30 package but wasn’t getting over the cash out limit. I put more money in and requested a $75 cash out. There was an $8.50 fee to cash out. I would have been up $1.50 had the cash out been honored, instead they accused me of trying to attempt fraud. I don’t even know what they’re implying with that. I committed no fraud. They refunded the $30 but the $35 I put in to meet their cash out requirement is just gone.

I was really concerned about whether or not my redemption would process because I read awful reviews of this platform. But it all worked out!! GoldNLuck followed through and sent me reassuring emails whenever I messaged them. My $50 redemption processed today!

They really don’t want you to be able to reach a person over the phone. The person who designed their customer support line should try it out. Absolute worst.
