I won’t be using PayPal again , I had a dispute with a seller over some shoddy goods that failed within a day . Raised a dispute where the seller blatantly lied and said that I said this and that when it was blatantly obvious what I had said as it was in the dispute comments . Within a day PayPal closed the dispute down and found in the favour of the seller . No way I can dispute it further with them so that’s the end of that . Don’t use PayPal thinking that they will help you in a dispute as they don’t want to upset the sellers on their platform . You’re better using a credit card and disputing it with the card provider. PayPal get zero stars from me and this isn’t the first time they have let me down . Never again .

Received the ball and upon opening you could tell it was a cheap product. Gave it to my dog and he played with it a little bit but was just picking it up and shaking it . First day there’s a big rip in the ball . The dog hadn’t chewed it at all . Contacted the company who were rude and dismissive and said my dog had destroyed the ball which is a lie . They refused to engage and refused a refund . So if you gave £20 to waste buy their products but I suggest you steer clear of these rogues.
