We had an issue with a table from a patio set and reached out to the company about our concern. We were provided with an email address so that we could send photos of our concerns.
Within a day, we had a response, and a new table was shipped to us.
The entire process from the time the issue was noticed until a new table arrived was less than a week. We could not ask for better customer service.
