Made 2 deposits via ethereum, did not receive the funds. Contacted supported and was credited 2 days later manually. Asked for the bonuses to be applied as per my deposited and was told there was no deposit history and the bonuses can't be applied. Was then banned from chat support and can no longer contact live support. Ybets is the same casino, avoid both at all costs.
