I can EASILY deposit money, yet the 12-24 hour redemption as stated per their website is a lie, unfortunately. Support couldn’t help or even give a time frame? I spend hundreds of dollars yet the redemption is still pending? I even pre emailed documents needed to redeem. As an avid gambler this site is off the list for sure until I get paid at a timely manner. Will not change my review until i am paid accordingly as this is completely not fair.

As of right now I will give this company 5 stars as games are fun, hit often and customer service is top notch. I currently just redeemed $4,000 as of 6pm. Will update my review with how the redemption process goes. My card is verified so everything should go well with the redemption. Let’s see!
EDIT- 13 Hours later the first $500 came through. I had to do 8 $500 transactions for my redemption. Will update again once everything else comes.
EDIT- The other redemptions have not been approved which is weird because it redeemed them at the exact same time as my other ones.
