Lyrakis olive oil hand…

I bought 1ltr of Lyrakis olive oil hand picked in Crete etc. Was over £20 it's no different to Tesco own or aldi's own both cost about £6 , it has no taste of olives and drizzle over salad is like putting veg oil on , even when warmed in pan no smell comes off which does from good extra virgin olive oil as I've used in past I thought it must be high quality given the write up but its rubbish, don't buy please. I've lost out for all of you .

Bad customer service

I was sent 1 Kingston gazillions apple and was told out of stock ,yet Kingston have hundreds in stock it takes 1 day for delivery so you could have sent the next day so I ordered similar products I thought but they are horrible and taste of menthol so I'm very disappointed and you won't give a refund as they taste of zero orange or apple flavour so I have to throw them out and lose £36 , really bad customer service as I've used you for years. Listen people, Kingston company look up address sells 120ml juices for £2.50 each so why pay more ok guys .

These are factors that are determined during the manufacturing process, and as a retailer, we do not have control over them.

For this reason, and because we cannot validate individual complaints about flavour or puff count, we are unfortunately unable to process refunds or replacements on that basis.

We always ensure the products we dispatch are sealed, genuine, and sourced directly from authorised suppliers. If there are ever issues such as damage, leakage, or receiving the wrong item, we will of course resolve those promptly.

I ordered six Kingston gazillions apple…

I ordered six Kingston gazillions apple and you sent me one, I'm on holiday next week when you said the other 5 are coming I've tried to ring you but it just cuts off when you press an option , so very poor customer service and only having one in stock is ridiculous.
