We rented the wonderful Tree House via the Lake Garda villa company. The whole experience was excellent: the service was very good and responsive. Clear communication and instructions. The house was amazing: wel equipped, beautiful house with everything you need for 7 (or even more) persons. Very nice garden and pool. We highly recommend!

Not only did it take a very long time to receive our order, but twice they delivered different furniture than we ordered. When we enquired, they told us the other (much bigger and more expensive) couch could no longer be delivered. Without informing us they simply delivered a different couch in the same color. After complaining they allowed us to order something else for the price difference. And when it arrived it was again not the chair that we ordered. Incredibly bad customer experience! Last time we will shop here.

Don’t use this company! I have placed an order in December and still haven’t received my package 2 months later. They repeatedly informed me that it is lost and will send me a replacement package, but I haven’t received anything. They keep asking me to confirm my address. I fear this website is a scam.
