CCC is still trustworthy but...

CCC is still trustworthy, but after you make a little bit of profit off the deals they will stop coming altogether and it now takes a week to receive a redemption. Still great game selection, but the lack of promos and sluggish redemption timeframes doesn't put them very high on my list of sweeps casinos at the moment.

Still solid but...

I reviewed ccc yesterday and everything i said was accurate at the time of posting. Today they did send my final redemption from the weekend, but I log in to find out they've pb'ed me. No more deals and redemption will take at least a week. Guess I'm done depositing here for the foreseeable future but still decent for freeplay I suppose

Always a consistent experience at spree.

Theyve got a good selection of games and redemptions are processed in a day or two every time.

In the sweeps casino family TMF is the crackhead uncle

I have two small redemptions from the beginning of june that still havent been paid out. Ive contacted them a couple times a week. When you put in a redemption they claim 24-48 business hours is normal. When that comes and goes with no payment being sent their support agents wil tell you "14 business days" is the expected timeframe. When that comes and goes theyll no longer even give you a timeframe and will just say theyve "escalated your redemption request" or "flagged your request" for the redemption department to review and provide you with an update. Well they never do give you an update or pay out your redemption. Getting paid here is reminiscent of trying to collect a debt from a drug addict fr. Theres plenty of legit sweeps casino that have the same games, pay out in a timely manner, and absolutely zero reason to deposit money onto tmf. I cant even imagine how long theyd take to payout if you actually hit a jackpot, both of my redemptions combined are only around $600-ish and they apparently are having difficulties paying out that sum. With the crazy 100% extra sc on deposit promotional emails theyve been sending out lately I strongly suspect this website isnt much more than a ponzi scheme at this point in time.

Edited: I sent the extra info the company requested in response to this review. Still no sign of either redemption, and as an added bonus TMF has now made it so checking into a redemption's status isnt even possible through the live support on site. This, for the record, used to be my favorite sc to play on, now it just looks like the next DDD.

One last edit: Im in a discord with a lot of folks that use a variety of sc sites. We have multiple reports of TMF offering people a personal host with the promise that their redemptions will skip the queue and be processed in under a week. Based on their recent gameplay, it seems arbitrarily based on them losing money on all their most recent playthroughs. Most arent very high up on the "loyalty reward" system and are offered this special treatment any way. Meanwhile you have players like me, who sometimes redeem for a profit, and have hit the highest levels of the loyalty reward system who are offered nothing but 2 month+ redemption times. Its really not a good look at all, and looking at the situation at TMF as a whole, seemingly points to liquidity issues. This once was my favorite site, but i can safely say ill never make a deposit here again.

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We know how frustrating it is to wait this long, especially when your expectations were set differently at the time of redemption.

The shifting timeframes and repeated escalations you described are not the experience we want anyone to have, and we understand how trust breaks down when updates don’t follow. While redemptions are still being processed, the current backlog has affected consistency, and we fully acknowledge how damaging that has been.

We also hear your concerns about promotions running while older redemptions remain unresolved. Your feedback is valid, and it’s being taken seriously as we continue working to improve both timelines and transparency.

We appreciate your patience and hope we can earn back your trust.

Best of the b2's

The b2's are my favorite group of sweeps casinos, and b2 is the best of the bunch. Its a pretty simple system. No vip or gimmicks. Just great deals and speedy redemptions.

Fun while it lastsd

There are lots of things this site has going for it: a good selection of games, (usually) speedy redemptions, and up until you get close to climbing ranks in VIP pretty good promotional offers. If they could just focus on this I would not hesitate to rate them 5 stars.

The main drawbacks are that the VIP system is designed to only reward players that regularly lose large sums of money and keep out anyone that consistently breaks even or profits. I've put 5 figures in deposits to this site, and pretty much just broke even. There were some small wins and losses but overall no one was really making money. I was just about to level up my VIP and decided to buy a $999 regular pack from their shop to help me get to the next level. I ended up profiting off that purchase and suddenly my account was under "routine review", there usual 1-3 business day redemption time was delayed to over a week, and my VIP level reset to the beginning of the level I was on while being unable to access it. Additionally they no longer offer any promotions or vip reward packages. I've contacted support and asked about the disappearance of any deals and they acted clueless: "We're continously offering promotional and VIP purchases. Keep an eye on the shop for the next one. Your account is not under any restrictions and the review has been concluded." Well it's now been two weeks and not so much as the regular 10% "daily deal" has shown up. Only low value sc packs that are 1:1 with actual currency populate the shop now. I thought this was a sweepstakes and not a real money gambling site? With these deals you might as well spend your money at an actual casino and get your comps.

I've referred several people to this site, one had the same experience as I did: Great until it comes time to reach higher VIP levels and then cut off from any deals. Another is still in the honeymoon phase where they're getting daily deals and being treated like a customer that they want to come back. So it's not just me experiencing this.

I had to give three stars because although the VIP system is a total sham and they will cut off any deals if you ever dare profit off their "sweepstakes", it was pretty fun while it lasted. No hard feelings, but there are plenty of other social casinos that don't engage in this type of behavior and I'd just rather support their business models than McLuck's.

Oh on one more note McLuck is owned by b2 and when they decide to ban you from promotions at McLuck you'll be cut off from all their other sites as well. The list includes: Jackpota, MegaBonanza, Sportsmillions, SpinBlitz, HelloMillions, and Playfame. None of these sites have a VIP system, which I believe is probably what trigger the softball for me, but do offer similar promotions so you might be better served using some of them. Better yet find a SC that does have a VIP system and rewards you for spending large sums of money on their sites. They definitely exist, though I won't name drop any so no one can dismiss my review as just a lame attempt to shill for them.

Lavish Luck wont pay out.

So signing up was a breeze, welcome offers are fairly decent, verification process was straightforward. I played through the welcome offers and put in a redemption request easily enough. The next day i receive an email that my redemption was on its way. Cool i figured id log on and see about buying their daily rebate packages if they actually are paying out redemptions. I log in to find my account frozen and a message to contact support. I do so and they inform me that instead of paying my redemption theyre just going to refund the original purchase amount and close my account "due to certain risks" that they refuse to disclose any details about. Let me tell you im signed up and play on about 50 of these sweeps casino sites and have never had an issue like this. The problem is actually that i redeemed for a profit and its that simple. Looking at the positive reviews on trustpilot its pretty obvious a lot of them are fake. They mention getting redemptions to methods this site doesnt even offer (cash app or ach transfers), in reality the only redemption method offered on this site is through paypal, which is kind of a red flag in itself that i should have noticed when signing up but oh well. Id like to add that i still havent received my refund yet and if i dont in the next several days I have no issue initiating a chargeback. Id recommend anyone reading this review to just not deposit money to this shady site, but if you do make sure to use a credit card so you have that protection when they inevitably refuse to pay out your redemption request.

A fine place to play if you dont ever plan on redeeming for a profit

So i signed up here and things started out promising. Very quickly it becomes obvious that their website is very poorly coded. Ive missed out on many of the wheel spins that you are given to get a bonus on any purchase. Games lag 10x worse than other sweeps casino out there. Ive conpleted missions that were supposed to award sc and instead have taken them from my account. Missions that award sc have been removed in the middle of completing them. For the most part i chose to overlook these issues as support USED to be very responsive and make things things right when errors like these occurred. My experience with support changed drastically over the past couple weeks, after redeeming for a pretty decent amount of profit on a bonus buy they will no longer even respond period. I now am completely ghosted by support, 10 days without a response to any of the issues ive encountered. After i redeemed for a profit i had a $5/month "purchase limit" placed on my account that is impossible to have removed as support wont even respond to my inquiries about it. I grinded VIP to a decent level and since they placed this restriction on my account the reward for said VIP level no longer exists. So in total, they have a janky website that may or may not correctly tally your wins/losses. Nonexistent support at this point in time. And crazy restrictions on even being able to purchase store packs. Unless things change drastically here i would be very hesitant to engage in anything more than free play on this site. Player beware.

This place is still in beta but...

Lets start off by saying this place is still in their beta and the score i gave them considers this. Ive had small issues with the payment and redemption systems currently in place BUT their customer support is top notch and had everything sorted out in well under 24 hours. Even with the issues their redemption times are much faster than all the similar sweeps casinos. Welcome offers are on par or better than most. If they continue to improve I can easily see this place being in the very top tier of sweepstakes casinos. They're almost there already, while still being in beta. I look forward to seeing the full launch.

Canceled redeem for no actual reason.

Went on a hot streak on rich piggies today. Won over $300 before a cold streak back down to $205. Tried to redeem for $200. And they denied the request citing "Payment canceled according to AWARD RULES (7.8;7.9).

Credits deducted from your Winnings Balance.

Whatʹs next?
Please log in your account
Follow the instructions from our Support Team above
Reapply for the redeem"

I look at the ToS and the sections they cited refer to electronic equipment malfunction. Go to request another redemption and they took all but 2 cents. If hitting bonus rounds on a slot that features them is considered a malfunction you can bet Im never depositing on any a1 site again.

Edit for their reply: I have indeed contacted support. They were not helpful other than mentioning the sections cited were in reference to electronic equipment malfunctioning. It's absurd to say that a slot machine paying out on a bonus round is a malfunction. NLC'S stance seems to be that I was just destined to take a L regardless of how the game may go. I'm certain if the situation was reversed and I hit you guys up after I lost claiming that I was actually supposed to win and I felt it was due to the electronic equipment malfunctioning I would get laughed right out the door and wouldn't be seeing any kind of refund. Like I said it is what it is. I'll take the L and just stop supporting your company as a whole.
