Play elsehwere...I am testing the casino out with a small withdrawal of 150$. I made the request yesterday. No email confirmation regarding the withdrawal. I sumbitted my ID and my proof of address, that was verified.
The chat person said, it can take up to 3 days and someone will get in touch with you.
This is truly absurd and quite frankly, I already feel that this casino is very juvenile and inexperienced. To get the 150$ will take days and this is a real sign that this casino cannot be trusted. Real casinos do their due diligence and payouts are fast, and the player can keep playing and enjoy the experience. Here, for 150$, they will drag it out. I will get my money even if I have to open an official complaint through various channels offered to us and then not play here again because of the complete lack of communication and attention to players. I will happily update this review if I see some improvement but that is unlikely. I dont think these people will be around very long.

If you want to waste your money on a casino that never responds to emails, and that thinks a 50$ bonus at 40x wager is sufficient on 2000$ of deposits, then go ahead. The rtp is horrendous but as soon as I realized this is a Hollycorn casino, I wasn’t surprised. These people are greedy on every level and spending a dollar in this casino is the first way to spend your dollar. 2000$, no bonus rounds. Coincidence? Bad luck? I think not. Play elsewhere. The worst ever…

In my opinion, this is the worst casino brand out there. They have the most non existent and non advantageous VIP department out there.
No tournaments, a very, very low rtp which appears wildly manipulated. Is it a coincidence that no wins ever take place on a cash back? They have no respect for VIP players and unless you want to lose your money without an ounce of fun, you will not want to play here. They pretend not too receive your emails. They have zero professionalism and spending 1$ here is 1$ too much. Don’t believe fake reviews. The worst part; when you request to self exclude, they do not respect your wishes. They should be shut down.

Stay away from CrownGreen Casino.

I lost thousands of dollars after CrownGreen ignored my self-exclusion request and continued sending me bonuses and promotions even after I told them I had a gambling addiction.

They’ll promise to “help,” offer you “special VIP treatment,” even claim they’ll update your account details — but what they won’t do is respect your request to stop gambling. They exploit vulnerable players and then twist the story to blame you.

CrownGreen does everything possible to avoid closing accounts and keep players depositing. Their conduct is dangerous, unethical, and completely at odds with responsible gaming standards and law.

The VIP managers, dishonest to an unbelievable extent.
This experience has taken a real toll, but I’m not done. I will continue pursuing every possible avenue until this wrongdoing is acknowledged and accountability is served.

They clearly confirm it was a techncial problem yet they offer me 4$. Do not ever play here, and don't play Playson games anywhere. I have email proof that they confirm a technical glitch on a 4$ bet bonus round on 3 Golden Carts. The last bet, with carts all full, let to a malfunction which didnt give me my full bonus round. They acknowledge this and validated the video proof. After 27 days of waiting and their pleading for patience, they confirmed there was indeed a technical failure. BEWARE! On a 4$ bet, hot Bonus round on a Playson game. Because of a technical error on the part of Luckyelf and Playson, I lost my bonus spin with 3 full carts on 3 Golden Carts which could have paid up to 250,000$. Luckyelf another my video proof and acknowledged I was robbed of my bonus round. They owe me compensation and it’s been 3 weeks they give me the runaround saying they are waiting after the horrid company, Playson. I am Luckyelfs client and they owe me, yet they are robbing me of a compensation by not accepting responsibility. How could a casino that steals from players be allowed to exist? Very scary. Do not play Playson games! They are a horrific company. I sent video and photo proof to them and Lucky Elf Casino showing how 3 Golden Carts ended up in session time out on the 8th spin with 3 full carts and the same on another game. VERY STARK WARNING TO OTHER PLAYERS

My initial review was high, but recently I encountered something very, very alarming and the handling of the situation has been horrifying. I was playing Playson's 3 Carts of Gold. Full carts. I was playing 4$ rounds. I hit bonus round. On the 8th spin, it the game froze and I got a message saying "Session Time Out". Every other game was working perfectly well. I immediately reached service. I provided them with video proof and photographs, which they acknowledge. It has been 5 days they say "they transferred it to the appropriate department"...their handling of this is truly the very definition of the very opposite of fair play casinos are obligated to provide. This "session time out" lasted 24 hours and when they game functioned, the last spin was gone. That last spin could have been 5000X my wager. That is a whopping 250k potential robbed from me.
So far, I am appauled and cannot believe a casino handling such seriousness so poorly. I will take this to government levels if I have to. To be continued. BEWARE.

While it’s no secret that “the house always wins,” seasoned players understand that some online casinos—especially those operating under a Curacao license—can manipulate RTP levels despite claiming fair and random play. This is a blatant lie, and Slotlounge Casino is a prime example of how bad it can get.

Slotlounge is truly horrific—not just because of the suspiciously low RTP, but also because of frequent “technical difficulties” that always seem to arise at the worst possible time.

Example:
You’re playing a game from Pragmatic Play, everything seems fine, and then—boom—game shuts down. A message pops up saying the provider isn’t allowed in your region. I immediately contacted support, and their response? “It’s a technical issue.” The next day? Pragmatic is magically back.

Same thing happened with Hacksaw Gaming. You can play, deposit, spin away—and suddenly the game is no longer eligible in your country. Hours later or the next day, it’s available again.

This is more than frustrating. It feels manipulative and dishonest.

I am done with all Hollycorn N.V. casinos, and my prediction? Slotlounge will be blacklisted one day. And I sincerely hope it is.

What a blatant lie to say they respond in an hour. Never before 24 hours and it’s been days and they never bothered to get a response…still. Deplorable in every way. Horrendous service. They don’t answer emails. They don’t give bonuses worth a dime. They take too long to pay out. Winspirit used to be the place where…

Winspirit used to be the place where you could trust in their system. The only thing you could trust here is that you will get your money if you win anything. The RTP, while they claim is random, which to some extent it is, they do have set on the lowest amount alotted by the licensing company. Their claim that they have no control over the RTP is false. Casinos can set the amount to 94%, 96%, higher or lower, depending on their level of greed. Pragmatic Play games, Gameart, Bgaming, Playson and 3 Oaks are a disaster here. Games like Snoop which have a decent RTP, you could spin 800 times here and you wont reach bonus round. Not quite as randon as it's supposed to be. I have won decent amounts, but it took abnormal amounts to get there. The bonuses are the worst in the industry. 35x and 40x wager, pathetic 20 and 30 cent free spins every now and then. This place is just riding off of the high rated reviews but I suspect it will start going down as players arent stupid. We aren't treated with appreciation here. There are many other casinos with far superior loyalty systems.

Casino confiscated my money.

This casino has confiscated my winnings just because they felt like it.

After meeting the bonus requirements I had 1800$ in my account. They paid 1350$ (which was a fight to get).
According to their terms and conditions, they were justified to reduce the winnings from 1800$ to 1350$.
With my winnings of 1350$, I made a few bets and now had 1500$.
I withdrew 1350$ and they confiscated 150$.
You cannot confiscate money twice!
The 1350$ was MY money to do with as I please. .

It's very easy to understand. You cannot reduce winnings from 1800$ to 1350$, pay me the 1350$ which is now my money, and then confiscate my winnings I make with MY 1350$.

Unbelievable. I could not in my good conscience recommend this casino to anyone.

The casino is trying to get away with it and no one at this casino cares to understand. When a casino does this much to take 150$ that isnt theres, what will they do if you win a significant amount. This isnt a casino I would trust.
