I am still yet to receive my order placed last Monday, advised it was dispatched, never received by royal mail, no response to emails, no update, money taken, product not received. Please can you issue me with a refund or respond to the email that i sent advising me on delivery status.

Avoid. No response to emails, 1-2 day delivery is never going to happen. Not received my order placed 10 days ago, no contact, nothing at all. No accountability so if you use them just be aware that if you run into any issues with them - which is highly likely - that you will be out of pocket at the end of the day.
