I’m a bit concerned about my experience with Immerion Casino so far.
On 2 October 2025 around 19:30, I requested a £600 withdrawal from my account (after depositing via bank transfer and playing Belatra – Blast the Bass, with no bonus used). On 3 October around 12:00, the withdrawal was cancelled and I was asked to provide verification documents (ID front/back, selfie with ID in front of the site, and a bank statement).
I’ve since provided everything requested, but my withdrawal is still pending. What worries me is that I’ve read on Casino Guru about other players facing delays with KYC and “game provider checks.”
I really hope this is just a normal part of the process and that my £600 withdrawal will be processed soon, but I wanted to share my experience so far. I’ll be happy to update this review once everything is resolved.
