I requested a $1,000.00 withdrawal from Immerion.com over 4 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received my money.
Customer support gave vague answers about a “provider check” and promised it would be resolved within 14+ days (occasionally it may take longer they say) – that time has long passed. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and now they don't respond at all. Can't even press the support button on the website anymore.
I have full documentation and have submitted an official complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board for (immerion - license: 0GL/2024/758/0228).
It’s very clear I’m not the only one – many others are reporting the same issue in the past months and even more recently.
⚠️ Be careful – this casino delays or refuses withdrawals and hides behind excuses. Until they pay, I strongly recommend avoiding Immerion at all costs.
