The communication with their customer service is excellent. They had answers to my questions and explained everything I needed to know. The boxes are just gorgeous!
My girlfriend just passed away and this digital music box is for her daughter with their picture and favorite song and I know she will love it. It made me cry when I opened it. I am going to order one for myself with a picture of my parents and their song.
