Late arrive
The box that I was waiting was a freezing food and it arrived at the pick up point at 10:30 of 7th May. I received the track number and I went to the pick up point at 16:00 and they couldn’t find just with the track number because the system was broken. I return on the next day 8th at 9:10 and the person said that there was a problem with the system, but he tried to look for my package and he couldn’t find. At 13:06 I finally received a message from GLS about my package and finally I could get my order.
