We have been stopping at Pierto Chico numerous times a year for the last five years. Natalie and the team are fantastic. They always respond professionally and in a friendly manner. I have had health problems over the last two years and have needed to move holidays and alter dates and they have always helped me where they can. I can’t imagine me not using puerto chico when I visit Playa Blanca it’s my happy space.

Great product unfortunately there was a problem with delivery with a diffuser going missing. Matthew sorted it out quickly and our new diffuser was delivered within a few days. Can’t fault the service and the often say you can tell a good company when things go wrong. Will 100% recommend
