I’m giving 5 stars to this company because of their reaction to an incorrect delivery.
No delaying tactics, a quick call to Eurofit, a pic of the items emailed to Eurofit, I had my correct items the next day, and, Eurofit told me there was no requirement to return the others.
That is excellent customer service!

Avoid sellers who use this company

This is the second time within the space of 1 month that evri have failed to deliver my parcel, my most recent parcel could have been posted through my letterbox, but they did not.
The parcel before this one was lost, seller had to resend.
Evri say they will let you know when your parcel will be delivered, they don’t!
