Once received, one of the watch bands was too small for my wrist so I sent an email asking for additional links. The links arrived from Germany and I was able to install them easily with the press supplied with the watch. both watches look amazing and the customer service was equally impressive.

I had an excellent experience with Jennie. After sending my initial design, she gave helpful feedback that led me to modify my design a little to make it more clear. The colors were exactly what I expected and the quality of very good. I will definitely use them again.
