Solar took my phone call and was totally professional in the way he dealt with reason for calling.

We purchased a TV that was faulty.
Having returned the TV we simply replaced it with the same model.
Unfortunately the replacement TV was faulty. We returned the second faulty TV to the store at Staples Corner.
The two members of staff who helped us with our problem were utterly brilliant.
Not only did they check that the third TV was working correctly ( a different make and model ) they were courtesy and friendly.
To Catalin and Mervyn a huge big thank you.
I would also like to thank the store manager Richard for giving us a £10 discount for all the trouble we had.
A female member of staff even asked if we needed any help.
Absolutely brilliant service.
