I bought an outdoor light almost a year ago and it has recently failed. I got in touch with National Lighting and they replied very promptly, offering to send a replacement and providing me with a manual in case it was fixable. I asked for a replacement and it was sent out that day. Very impressed with customer service. Thank you.

The coat was excellent quality and I felt it would have been very waterproof in a rain shower. However, it was too tight across the chest (even without a hoodie/jumper underneath) so I've had to send it back. Unfortunately this was the biggest size Lighthouse offer.
