The first $1 withdraw was good I've been trying to get my 2nd withdraw of $5 that says paid on their site but I haven't received it at all. I have over 15 emails trying to resolve this and nothing is getting done about it

We have recently identified a coordinated effort by certain individuals to exploit our platform by creating multiple fraudulent accounts in order to claim bonuses. These users attempt to deposit and withdraw large amounts after securing bonuses, which is a clear violation of our terms. As a result, these accounts have been flagged and failed verification.
It has come to our attention that groups dedicated to abusing promotional bonuses are operating on various social media platforms, sharing methods to bypass our security measures and illicitly claim funds. To protect our legitimate users, we have already banned tens of thousands of accounts and frozen their balances and permissions. In some cases, we have detected individuals registering hundreds of accounts from a single device.
Despite this, a few of these bad actors are now attempting to discredit our verification processes through false accusations and malicious rumors on social media. We remain committed to maintaining the integrity of our platform and will continue to take strong action against fraudulent behavior.
