I recently had a redemption from WOW…

I recently had a redemption from WOW Vegas and was pleased with the way it was handled. I think the time it took to get it was a little long compared to other sites. Also they do not work on weekends, so if you put in a redemption on Saturday the count of days doesn't start until Monday. More day you have to waiy. It was an easy process and the customer service is almost always available to help.

WOW Vegas is a great casino

WOW Vegas is a great casino. There is always some contest going on for free coins and SC's. You can transfer your VIP status from another casino. Customer service has been helpful and responds in a timely manner.

Declined Deposits

I have had two declined deposits and according to customer service it's for security purposes and that's all they can tell me. No more information is available they said. This is ridiculous. The deposits were from reputable companies. I have had the deposits sent to another my Chime account and they deposited it without any problems. I'm done with Cash App

GoldNLuck Redemption

I made a purchase and was told I didn't have enough funds in my account so then I made sure there was enough funds in my account and tried to contact customer service to let them know, which had been very helpful and quick before but now it's been 3 business days and I was told it would take 1-2 days and I've gotten 2 responses. One telling me it would take 1-2 days the other said to let them know when I was ready for them to run it again. Well I did and that was the about the 3rd or 4th time I told them to run it again. Now I can't get anyone to answer my e mails and there phone number listed doesn't work! The last response I received was yesterday at 4:15 telling me to let them know when I was ready, which I had already done several times but I did it again and as of September 13 at 10:30a.m. no response.
UPDATE: I have now been told my account is permanently banned and I won't receive the money, that I won fair and square because of the review I had left. This is so unfair. I was going to use that money to pay my rent.
FINAL UPDATE: 09/19/2024
I received a response from GoldNLuck and I was told to email them so we could get things resolved. So I did and nothing has been resolved. I was told the same exact thing as before that I lied which I did not. They also said I was bullying them. Also not true. They said that my account wasn't closed due to the review I left but what's funny is that everything was good the day before and I was going to be able to redeem then I received the email saying someone from their company saw my review and they didn't need my business anymore. Account permanently closed.
I still think I was treated unfairly in this situation. I did everything they asked me to do and I don't recall doing anything wrong besides my bank declining an ACH transaction which I called the bank and they fixed it. They stated in their response they wanted to resolve this situation but that did not happen!
