Trying to redeem and when I click on the notification it tells me the link is invalid. In chat with support for several minutes to tell me a ticket has been created, have a nice day. Really frustrating honestly.

Just got on the site and am welcomed with a message saying due to changing regulations, you will no longer be providing sweeps coins in the united states. So what happens to my redemption that I placed fifteen days ago when you were still doing sweeps coins in the US? And I never received an email concerning any of this.

Still waiting on my redemption from March 16th. It still says pending....

Love the variety on this site but the 2+ weeks it takes for redemptions is ridiculous. Submitted a redemption on another site the same day as this one and I've already received it.

Hopefully it takes less than 3 weeks this time...Submitted on the 16th

**Edit** I left this review at 2:53am and my redemption was finally approved at 3:27am. So while I am happy it was approved, please don't make it seem like I was lying. Only after leaving this review was it approved. Thanks***

I'm only giving 3 stars because I like the variety of games on the site. The redemption times are ridiculous though. I see other people say they got theirs a couple days later but that's not been the case for me. First redemption was on July 8th and received it on July 25th. The second is supposed to be faster but I redeemed on August 8th and I'm still waiting. Get generic responses from chat and email. I think I'm going to quit spending money here.
