I very rarely give bad reviews
I very rarely give bad reviews, given that most companies or platforms do their best to give customers the best experience possible, and when there is an issue they at the very least do what they are able to resolve the problem. I have had a negative experience over the last month, and I am putting this in with hope that maybe someone within the platform will pay attention and try to help me resolve my issue. When I had made a redemption about five weeks ago, I had no issues, support was responsive and helped me verify and the process went smoothly. I received the redemption in a timely manner, but since then I have not been able to make a purchase. Despite reaching out several times to support and being told tickets were submitted, it’s now been over a month of no resolution. Support does not reply and just gives a generic response that they are sorry and have passed the information to the relevant team. If they wanted to close the account for some reason, that is fine, just please be courteous and respond. If they are going to fix the issue, I feel a month is an excessive wait time. I am not sure of others experience, but I am simply putting this here so that if others experience the same issue, they will see they are not alone.
