Tried to give them another chance. Purchased a measly 2.98 package
. Charged my bank account. Didn't get the credit so could play. Help desk kept saying referred to technical department. Then came back and said it didn't go thru. But if I go and fix the previous trustpilot review that I left they would give me 5sc and 50000gc credit.
provided screen shot of online bank account showing that it in fact went thru. Once again they said it is referred to technical dept. .. still nothing .. so going thru bank to dispute charge and re recommending DONT GO HERE.

Well I won but never did get my my winnings. The customer service department is awful . It said they're showing pending for two days and then it showed canceled and then $10 was put back in my sc balance to spend.

Do not use this casino they will screw you and then you can't get a hold of anybody nothing was needing to be verified everything was verified but they just I guess felt like I didn't deserve my winnings I don't know what that was but I will never go there again and do not use them. I have screenshots just in case it ever does any good but I doubt it will this is a scam don't use them

Well the daily bonus thing just fell off the deep end and I don't know why plus I think they started changing it's been amounts all to 20 cents and I'm not a fan of that not when I'm used to playing certain games at a certain amount cuz they did just fine at other casinos at that amount free spins would be nice every once in awhile I don't know maybe I just need to give it a chance again but lately it's just not great it doesn't pay anything I would pay more on packages if it actually stood a chance to pay out I feel but it's been a long time and the daily bonus is just non-existent now.

Well I like that you can cash out at $15 to skrill. Which I have done. Should take 24 hours. However after reading I noticed it could take an extra one to three days because I'm not higher up on their totem pole of awesome player because I just started. So I went to cash out and had already verified like my bank account and my ID and everything so I was good to go on that. Took about maybe what two days and it deposited in my bank account. And of course I won off of the $1 bonus I had not purchased any in a while so my experience was amazing. And of course naturally since I won I went back and I purchased from side pot of course because that's how I do it I will always go back to them and I won again so we're about to have round two and see how well this goes I'm sure I have no problems with it my experience with them has been amazing they have a very wide selection of games and I see no issues with them whatsoever very happy very pleased.

So what they don't tell you is if your license is getting ready to expire cuz your birthday is coming up despite the fact that it's valid now up until your birthday and then you have to go renew it that you can't withdraw if it's 2 months out that it expires. Don't go to these people they will find every reason not to redeem your winnings. They tried to tell me that because my account shows what I call a screen name and not my actual name even though I submitted everything with my actual name and I've already gone through this with them telling him hey that's a screen name everything matches no other Casino I definitely have to say don't ever go to this casino ever I don't care if you had good luck with him before I wouldn't trust them to save my life. Is the most disappointing experience ever. Not to mention it takes so long for them just to get back to you on your issues and you know then you got to resubmit everything again and by then whatever you use those documentation for an address is probably out of date I mean it's just excuse after excuse after excuse and it's just not worth it don't go to these people don't go to this casino it is not worth it they're going to find every reason to get out of redeeming

Update. It was today that they said it's been approved for redemption so at least I'm past the verification part now I get to wait three more days apparently for them to process the redemption. Wanted to make sure it include this in the review so that way we know about the time frame that it took on my personal experience to redeem for this particular casino. So now that I'm past the verification part now I wait 3 more days according to the email for them to process the redemption.

Sent in irs tax return that's dated and valid has address name and date ... Bank statement sent in SSA that's valid with name date address ... Everything ..
