We have been into the Leeds branch a few times this week and yesterday we received the best service- from
Mel- knowledgable, patient, professional and approachable. We valued her honesty and warmth so much as we really were at a loss about what to get and she was incredible. She was really relatable and took time to ensure we were so happy with the design- which gave us a lot of confidence.
