Read the reviews. They are pathetic at everything except for charging errors. Can someone not post anything about governing body or some official complaints mechanism (not their own useless one).

Totally useless. Getting a refunds next to impossible. They resist, ignore emails and if you lucky and eventually can speak to someone you better know every minute detail of booking. Designed not to pay out intentionally. Think staff get bonus if they can avoid refund.

All went fine. Help on phone/ whatsapp from Cassie was very good.

AJ don't pick my shares which are not doing well. But I cannot falt their customer service which is fast and courteous. Keep that up please.

One of the friendliest and helpful bike staff/ store I come across. Although on thus occasion my wife bought a brand that they dud not stock there was no pressurised selling. They put t h e customers needs first !!!!
