We ordered a patio furniture set with four chairs, a couch, and 2 ottomans. The delivery came faster than expected and was made of pretty good quality. One of the chair backs had a bent part making it hard to connect to the arm rest piece. We tried calling the customer service line, but were unsuccessful in being able to reach someone and the voicemail box was full (it was right after a holiday weekend though). When calling didn't work, I sent an email and got a response right away. A replacement part was shipped to us and now we are enjoying our new furniture!
A few more tips: the cushions need a day or two to fluff up and get more comfortable and when putting the furniture together, do all the screws loosely first and then tighten them
