One of my favorite sites

One of my favorite sites! Great selection of games including spinomenal which is my second favorite provider other than ruby play… the redemptions are pretty quick as well.

I loved this site when I first made my…

I loved this site when I first made my account but most of my referrals cashed out and I didn’t receive my referral bonus for atleast 3 or more of my friends.. it’s hard to get in touch with customer service.

Better than expected

I had a great experience.. made an account yesterday and did the welcome package and managed to win something!! I assumed the redemption would take a couple days but it’s already in my wallet. I really respect that for the site. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have not had the best experience so…

I have not had the best experience so far. I put in for a redemption over a week ago and this morning I wake up to an email that my redemption was denied with no context. I emailed them back and that’s when I’m told that I need to be send in utility bills even though my account is fully verified. I will update the review if my experience changes. UPDATE: they denied my redemption request again this is the second time. I already have the necessary documentation sent into them. Starting to think this site is a scam.

They don’t pay and if they do you will have to wait a couple months

Ive been playing here for about a year on and off. The last redemption I made was pending for over a month before I ended up canceling it and giving it back. They take long for this exact reason… they don’t want to pay it has nothing to do with having a high volume of redemptions. I will update this review once they fix the issue for me. Until then I would suggest everyone to stay away from this site.

Great site just getting better

I’ve been on the site for almost a year now and I have to say this is my favorite of all the sites they have available. The only thing I would like to see is more live options available… as far as the games I love the especially relax gaming. I would like to see hacksaw available as well

I’ve had a great experience playing…

I’ve had a great experience playing here so far… they are legit. I thought I would have to buy a coin package before winning but I’ve had 3 three cashouts from my daily wheel spin. I also like the lower threshold for gift card redemptions!

I’ve been on scrambly for over a year……

I’ve been on scrambly for over a year… I’ve had multiple tracking issues. Over my time support takes ages to respond and when they do it’s just generic responses that “sometimes things don’t track” I recently had my mom signup and she’s been having the same issue. If it’s 10 or 20 cents it tracks if it’s anything over 5 they try to get one over on you… I need my moms situation resolved… I will also be deleting my account. I used to recommend this site to everyone but not anymore.

Unfortunately, sometimes the third-party app tracking system can mistrack the progress in the game. To our deepest regret, such situations might occur randomly with less than 2% of rewards, it's not dependent on the reward size, offer, or step.
There are factors that can affect the tracking system, and sometimes, it is just a technical glitch. Unfortunately, there are no 100% uptime systems.

In such cases, we open an investigation and try to provide the maximum possible compensation.

Taking into account that such investigations can take really long, and we cannot guarantee any success, we prefer to provide at least partial compensation to make things a bit better.

Could you please ask your mom to contact our support team at support@scrambly.io and provide more information about an offer the issue occurred with (name of the offer and a couple of screenshots that confirm the step completion)? I’d love to know if most of these reviews are fake. This app is a scam. Will they pay you? Yes. Will they log you out of every survey after you complete it when your at 4 surveys and 1 to go? Yes. shady practice. Shady company.

I would have a better review for them…

I would have a better review for them if they weren’t out to waste peoples time. In the beginning of your account they will give you pretty good surveys but once you hit 4 dollars they start to try to hold you back from getting to 5 so you can cashout. I’ve tried this on two of accounts and I even saw the same thing when my I had my friend sign up. They will start to time you out of surveys when you 90% done or on the last question.
