Dreadful Refund Time and lack of consistency

Aribagold offered a product i've been looking for for a while in-stock, as I purchased the product (on 11th of May), it took them 3 days (where the code should be delivered instantly) to tell me it was actually out of stock. I asked for a refund and it has been about well over a week and got no refund. They gave me the range of 3-7 days and when I asked about my refund after the 7 days, they told me that there has been on "queue" and that I should recieve my refund the next day.

Funny enough, I got no refund the next day. and then asked them again for my refund. they told me "the accounting team should be processing this asap, there was a mistake with one of our agents and was not requested properly", and from my experience with them, I call bs and I don't think I'll be getting my money back any time soon. Even if I do, I had to go through a very sour experience dealing with them. I shouldn't have even manually asked for my money back because their refund policy states that "If your order is not completed within 24 hours we will refund you in full."

I'd honestly recommend any other website such as G2A for your gaming-needs, because you may fall into the same loop-hole I fell through when purchasing a supposedly in-stock item from Aribagold. I know the majority of the reviews are positive but the inconsistency and broken promises I recieved from Aribagold were very frustrating and I sadly could not recommend this website.

(I wrote this review a couple of days ago and it has been 5 days since they told me about the whole error with one of their agents and that I should be getting my money back soon, I still don't think I'll be getting my money back.)

Okay, I have sent a mail (under this email's name) that includes the email associated with my Aribagold account as well as the order ID.

Fast forward two days later, after sending 2 mails (from different accounts) to the provided email to send the order ID and email associated with my Aribagold account. They still did not to respond and all they've been doing is editing their reply to my review every couple of hours. They have edited their reply 17, yes, SEVENTEEN times and I've gotten a mail for each time they edited their reply. They seem more comitted to editing their reply than satisfying a customer of theirs. How about actually respond to the multiple mails I sent rather than editing your reply for the 18th time?

*Yeah, that's a one-star from me. For the love of everything, do yourself a favour and use any other website for your gaming-needs.
