I purchased coins at spinSaga, and did not receive them.. After contacting customer support, I was asked to take a screenshot of my purchase, which I did.. To simply be told that they didn't receive my payment, when the receipt clearly showed that they did. . Wtf

Is it possible to check mark a -negative star? Seriously America, the Money factory is the worst casino that is still functioning.. My gf redeemed on the 7th of AUGUST about 67 days ago.. wow!! she was told 7-14 days then.. after those days had expired, she was told 14-30 days.. which is an OUTRAGE. I then left a review on trust pilot (about 30 days ago) where a customer service rep responded by apologizing and promising to not only get her funds redeemed but the matter was going to be treated as a top priority and she would get her redemption ASAP.. THAT WAS OVER 30 DAYS AGO!! does this sound like it's being treated with any type of care or concern at all??? And we're only talking about $100.... not 1000 not 1million... 100.. the thought of this business getting better than a 1 star rating Is asinine!

I've had nothing short of a 5 star experience at Wow Vegas.. what I appreciate the most is how fast customers service responds when u have an issue. Which makes redemption pretty fast. They have an endless amount of games and a ton of bonuses.. way to go wow Vegas

How in the hell did this casino buy their way into getting 4.1 stars as a rating?! My goodness America, be advised, the moneyfactory simply refuses to pay if u redeem with them. My girlfriend was already verified with them as far as ID and banking goes, so the outrageous time that it's taking for her to receive a $100 is criminal!! Absolutely Asinine. They initially told her 5-7 business days , then it was 14 business days, followed up by a promise from customer service to make her redemption a high level priority, to only be lied to again and be told 30 business days... and we are passed 30 business days now.. WTF why is your casino not shut down, or in a class action lawsuit? Ppl spend their hard earned money with you all and trust that you'll do the right thing on your end.. nothing but lies though.. America can u imagine if she had redeemed $150 or better? She'd have to leave it in her will for her children, hoping that it funds by then

As far as online casinos go, WowVegas more than lives up to their name. They have a ton of games, with a high RTP, they're always running a lot of promotions and giving away free sc, and customer service is tip-top.. I haven't had a problem redeeming, not one time... what else can ask for!?
