A had one of the most uncomfortable and no sense situation of my life . I was at the gate for my flight from Hamburg to London with Eurowings. A really young Blond and Hysterical German boy, stopp me in a very arrongant way after I already passed the pass and ticket control at the gate. I almost was inside , I was not understanding why he was doing like this I just had come from Zurich with the same backpack. He talk that my journey was ended there. ( we all know how uncomfortable is to hear such a bad thing). So he wanted me to make the same uncomfortable thing that he was used to do whenever he wanted, to fit my backpack inside the form. And of couscous he won for 3 cm. How could I explain to an hysteric young German boy, that is not about the shape but is about the volume that you bring with you. So if I wanted to delay the flight ( that was already in delay, I should have take out everything and put it inside that box.but because I am a gentleman I pay 50 euro , I paid with discomfort and with honour.
I can’t believe how bad those people are for the image of EuroWings wich I will never choose anymore to flight with.
