The people are really quick at getting back and helpful, with a focus on solving problems, but the system struggles with variations from normal, and so our installation took too long and too much fussing. It seems OK in the end, but there was too much reliance on technical back referencing, which did not seem to grasp the practicalities of being at the end of an electricity supply line, and then adjust to that, despite our system being new and installed by the electricity provider. It just took too long, but great people on the phone and installing, just struggled to deal with the unexpected.
