I rang Octopus Helpline today and was answered very quickly by Imogen C.
She was polite and she listened to my concerns over IHD readings and my new Intelligent Go tariff. She quickly put my mind at ease and forwarded an updated bill, which clarified the situation and now I am totally satisfied with the actual cost of my electricity usage.

2 weeks in on my membership now and I’m so impressed with the friendliness of all the staff at Chester. The facilities are excellent with super-clean showers, toilets and changing rooms. Easy to book classes using the app. and I am definitely going to get back to a good level of fitness because Chester Gym Group is so well set up.
