It is obviously impossible to email AliExpress, I tried the contact in vain. So I posted in trustpilot a complaint about their Company Yang 3C Store and to my surprise aliexpress reacted with "Re: AliExpress Query about Order ID 3047855180911664" and wanted to see the issue to help, but answered I got what I ordered, which is not true at all, so no refund. It is so simple: the shop didnt send the article according to their description. I sent a protest to aliexpress but no answer yet.

but arrived an AM/FM radio, no DAB at all. After my complaint got this refund promise:

So I was waiting for refund and waiting and waiting, but nothing. After my reminder of refund it is clear now, they deny the refund.
