In data 31 marzo ho ordinato un articolo sul loro sito, dopo una settimana mi dicono che purtroppo il prodotto non è più reperibile (tendo a sottolineare che lo era in tutti gli altri siti web...), quindi mi dicono che mi rimborseranno entro due settimane. Dopo un mese di attesa gli scrivo e non mi rispondono. Dopo qualche settimana scrivo di nuovo e mi dicono che a breve mi rimborseranno l'ordine. Sono passati più di tre mesi e non mi hanno mai rimborsata.

I bought 2 watches: the Bella Black Aventurine and the Fusion Silver. Even if I like the watches a lot I can't give more tha 3 stars since I had some issues with both of them. The Bella one is too fragile: I had it repair since it was dented after a really short fall (on my shoe, so on a soft surface). The Fusion one has some problems with the the magnetic balls: even with the slightest movement of my writs they move from their place so, if I want to check the time, I always have to shake my hand, which is quite annoying. I hope they will fix these problems since I find them with an appealing and original design.

EDIT:
I previously gave them only 1 star since after more than a month they still hadn't refunded me. However, they refunded me in a couple of weeks after contacting the customer service. So I decided to give them 4 stars, not 5 since I was the one who had to contact them (but I have to say they replied quickly and the refund procedure went smooth).
