I like the pay outs but

I like the pay outs but I’m uneasy about them asking for my debit card again after I’ve already verified and cashed out on said card. It’s a big redeem so hopefully I’ll get it within a week 🤞

Complete joke

Kinda shady. They have been holding my redemption for over 5 days now, I am fully verified and my bank info is up to date. They say they have to call you for your first verification and I’ve seen other people say they e been waiting over a month! I’m not gonna be playing here anymore until they get a better redemption process. Also don’t even waste your time here. It is by far the worst casino for pay outs bonuses and redemptions

Ok I’m back to say

Ok I’m back to say, Zula IS legit! They took about a week to Verify my mom’s account and about a day to pay out the funds. They originally locked her account but had it reopened and verified fairly quickly! So they have my vote for a good casino. I would and have now recommended them to many other people! Great job Zula and thank you for reopening my moms account and paying her what she won!

Garbage casino

Garbage casino. No help at all and they really won’t let you redeem so don’t even try, they will hold your redemption over your head until they get every bit of it back with no hesitation. I waited far too long for them to tell me I needed to verify my card which I tried to but it kept glitching like it wasn’t going to work. Reached out to the joke customer service and they were no help. Seriously don’t even waste their money back to them. They are trash and have no business being a business

Trash

Do not spend money here. The daily bonus is a joke and it WILL be taken away if you don’t constantly pay for their shitty coin packages. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen and they simply just ignore you or force feed you bs from a script. No help from anyone there and the games are trash

The best casino out here

This is the best casino I’ve ever been to, the redemption has been pretty slow but I also cashed out on Friday but still waiting on my funds to hit my bank (today is Wednesday) but other than that the bonuses and spins are too notch! Way better than putting $30 in a casino and the casino just takes it away faster than you can spell the game you’re playing. All in all this casino has been nothing but awesome to me and I would highly recommend it

Easy to win and get paid

Easy to lose and keep losing. Garbage for slots and new games have really bad bonuses and payouts, you can literally see the scripts not winning even money back. They wait and put redemptions on hold for days or even weeks so they don’t have to pay out. You’ll hear 3 people defend them saying they pay out fast and easy but this is a lie
