I wish I had found these reviews before wasting my time and money

Ordered a dress - they sent me the wrong one
I had to pay £17 to return it to China ( they say they are London based )
A month later I am now £84 out of pocket as they refuse to refund me as I didn’t send them a tracking number even though I sent the a photo of the proof of postage receipt

I really wish there was a way if trading standards going after them
I am leaving warning comments on their insta now for future customers

I am trying to return two dresses that really have a bad shape and fit but they keep going round in circles - they wanted the SKU code which I sent now they want to refund me a part payment ! No I want to return the two dresses that I paid $98 for !

We have just received our third order and very happy so far .
It would be good to be able to order fish but in a smaller quantity- I understand it’s not possible now but hopefully in the future
