Can’t avoid scam tickets

Updated again to add that I do now have an email apologising and it seems they themselves were supplied with fake tickets. This unfortunately seems unavoidable.
Updated to add that I have now received a full refund but no apology or reason for what happened. I’ve upped the stars slightly but would be wary to buy from here again due to the issues mentioned below.

Paid over £160 for 3 tickets for the pink area, got all the way to the gate after travelling into London and was turned away and told they were fake. I had checked Trustpilot before purchasing as I have learnt from a past mistake…. Can’t even trust Trustpilot anymore. What a way to end the year.

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience you experienced at The Mayor of London’s Fireworks show due to the online e-ticket links provided by the third-party seller not working, which resulted in your entry being denied.

Unfortunately, approximately 9% of orders involving online e-ticket links were denied entry, as those e-tickets were deemed fake despite having valid barcode tickets indirectly supplied by Ticketmaster. Stewards at some entry points specifically targeted tickets not purchased directly from Ticketmaster, insisting tickets be on the Ticketmaster app or account.

However, the majority of our customers did gain access to the event with these e-ticket links.

We have already issued a full refund to you, which should arrive back on your card within 10 working days of our email of refund confirmation. Please contact us at sales@xchangetickets.com if you have not received the refund confirmation email from us with your order reference in the email subject.

Once again, sincere apologies. We deeply regret the trouble this has caused.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Would also rate less if I could. I should have checked Trustpilot before my purchase. Very apparent that this is a scam website and needs to be shut down. All I can guess is the few positive reviews on here are from friends/family/fellow scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! You will not receive any communication or product once they received your payment.

Client Christmas gifts

Before Christmas, we ordered 6 luxury Christmas hampers for client Christmas gifts. They arrived on time and with all the lovely contents, however we were not so happy with the presentation (sloppy packing) so spent a couple of hours tidying them all up. We contacted customer service to let them know for future reference and were offered a very generous hamper of our choice as an apology. We received the hamper and it was presented much better than the previous order. The customer service from Hannah was second to none. I am putting the sloppiness of the first order down to the busy Christmas period and will be using Hampers.com again in the future.
