They were excellent until they weren’t. It was more convenient for me to go through them than my pcp for follow up diabetes care. I have been on Mounjaro for going on 4 years. I’ve gotten a 90 day script in the past and specifically asked this month for them to renew the 90 day as I pay the same copay for a 90 day as I do a 30 day. From August until October it has been a tirade of messages. Lab work must be done through my local hospital due to there not being one of their labs near me. I had to remind them of this a few times and they still continue to send my lab request to the wrong place. I asked specific questions a month ago and was not told until a month and a half later that they no longer do 90 day scripts. Which is fine, I understand that, but I asked months ago. It seems the last 6 months every interaction turns into a 2 week ordeal. It was never like that in the beginning. I will say when I called in they were very helpful and did give me a refund for my last month. I would say if you have patience they are ok.
