Excellent Customer Service

I had to apply for Power of Attorney access and Direct Debit changes to my mother's Tulo Energy account. The customer service team responded very quickly to my initial email (within a few hours), and assigned a real human (Gemma), who guided me through the whole process until it was concluded. Everything was sorted out in just 3 business days - much faster than I expected. Gemma was helpful, friendly and efficient, and her personal touch made the process very easy to deal with. Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a replacement remote control for my Arcam AVR850. When I reported that the new remote control didn't work, one of the support team quickly got in touch, and guided me through a testing procedure. This helped identify the problem, which I was able to resolve. The support team kept in touch until the remote control was working, and the company refunded part of my payment as a goodwill gesture to apologise for the inconvenience. I would be happy to order from this company in the future.
