Best quality products reliably and affordable

Great customer service. Product is spot on. It's stressful to find a reliable and great source so when you do it's like gold so I am very happy with them. Sure there are "times"..but they are very affordable..I am talking to tune of 30+ dollars! I mean just love it! They are reliable, reachable and most importantly excellent products. I have been using them for MANY years ..

So I am sticking with what I know.

Thank you guys for always coming through.

Review of Amazon

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Just sick right now.

I have been shopping on amazon for years. I have spent thousands. I have also been a big advocate for support brick and mortar stores even if you have to pay a lil more because stores like amazon will easily take consumers for granted. Use you to get there then work against you severely.

Here is one such case. This is not the first mind you but years ago when I had a similar case they did help resolve it.

So I put this review here because amazon is nortorious for not allowing your reviews against their best sellers or them to see the light of day.

There is zero reason why a place like amazon CANNOT protect your purchases for a extended period of time beyond 30 to 60 days..after 30 days because the items were small I just ignore bad items..take the hit..but on big ones this is bad.

I purchased a solar generator for a VERY good price I knew would not come around again if I passed up that deal so I purchased it...it was such a great deal that I was going to purchase two but when I went back it was the last one and discontinued. Ok no biggie. I didnt need to use it then. But knew in tbe near future I would with what I have been dealing with.

So I got it nov. 11 of 2023. I just opened it to set it up last week of june 2024 when to my dismay the thing did not work at all...ony the charging part..no lights..no power receptacles worked nothing. I had video taped the whole unboxing because I was going to start uploading randon things to you tube.

So I contacted Amazon...they said they contacted the seller successfully and I should hear from them within 48 hrs. Ok...nothing..two weeks so far nothing..so finally I called back amazon because they said if I didnt hear back and no resolution call them back so I did..ONLY for them to say there is nothing they can do..then I pressed a lil to say look this is a total loss I just opened it..the item was on sale at real low price you wouldnt find else where for a 1100 watt solar generator for 300 bucks...so the rep put me on hold and finally came back and said give VB direct 24 to 48 hrs to respond..so what it seems like if they dont respond I am sol.

This is pretty bad I cannot imagine the yearly loss to customers because of Amzon policy. 30 days goes by in a flash especially with how our lives are consumed with various things. Its not unheard of for people to buy something they know they could later because they found it at a price they know just never happens or wont when they will need it.

So what..only buy something you plan on using immediately?

While nothing I am sure will come of this and this will be a 300.00 loss to me.

There is no reason Amazon cannot provide solid purchase protection for people purchasing from their site. It a 30 day return policy stated...but they MAY.. with some persistance provide help up to 60 days.. not listed in their policy but a internal manegerial understanding from how it was conveyed..and that leniency is provided based soley on circumstance.

Amazon could easily recover losses through insurance if not from the vendor on items solidly proven to have just been accessed by the buyer..and rightfully yes..only with solid proof like I have.. Add to policy for sellers that they are atleast responible for damaged item up to 190 days. And if the seller have stopped selling on Amazon before that time is up then selectively with solid proof from the buyer the item was just opened months after purchase. Then insurance claim and favors the buyer.

The buyer is what makes all company that provides a platform for sale of items or actually sell items...so this was a massive loss to me because of Amzon policy.

Great product very iffy shipping..VERY

Product is great. Shippjng has changed..they used to ship before cut off..now you pay for nexy day but you get it two days..they do pay the express for example..but before they turned in the orders before usps cut off time of 3..this have been a new issue for a lil while now I normally never complain. I order and pay specifically early well before usps 3 pm cut off in this case I made sure I ordered and paid by 10 30 am..on thursdays...$28.00..people order early and pay for certain shipping for a reason. Not because they enjoy throwing extra money to the wind. If i wanted to wait 3 days..i would have went with the free shipping..whats two extra days and gotten it monday..

As of 2 38 pm saturday july 27th I am still waiting for my local postal service to get the order per updates..its looking I may not get my order today even after I have paid for the expedited shipping..this have been happening to me on quite a few orders so far. If wasnt lime this before..like a couple years back. So you just cannot trust the shipping options. But if they actually get the orders to usps before their cut off for that day to count as one..things would be great.

Update...

Order never came....so nothing...i orderd thursday morning...paid the 28.00...nothing....

Update...now i am actually told i wont get my order by the shipper till monday july 29th...again i placed the order on THURSDAY around 10 am. Paid IMMEDIATELY to avoid any issues and emailed proof immediately...so they actually found 7 orders i helped them find..more recent..not earlier ones...fml

Stephen,

I see two orders on our platform from you.

The most recent was ordered on the 25th, and was sent USPS Priority Express, which is guaranteed 1-2 day delivery. Looking at the tracking it is scheduled to be delivered Saturday July 27th, which is within the guaranteed time frame of 1-2 business days. 9470111105501533165952

The first was ordered on July 2nd via USPS Ground advantage, just prior to the July 4th weekend. There is no guaranteed timeline of USPS GA. Looking at the tracking it was delivered on the third business day. 9400111105501460198338

Can you outline what I'm missing or what your expectations were Stephen?

Update after your update *** customer provided additional information so we could track all his orders, not just the ones to the current email he is using ***

Stephen,

I pulled all your orders and took the time to look them all up and put into a nice little summary below.  As you can see, even assuming the package that is scheduled today arrives tomorrow, which is may very well do, that and all 8 orders have been on time, except one, which I've now put into compliance and so you will receive the entire $28 credited to your next purchase for free, upgraded shipping.  It seems to be that you are expecting these carriers to do better than they promise, which is a pretty high expectation; but regardless of my assumption, 7/8 deliveries were on time and no where did The Depot err, and once USPS erred.  Isn't that correct?

9470111105501533165952 ordered Thursday 7/25 USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS delivered Monday 7/29 ON TIME (2 business days)9400111105501460198338 ordered Tuesday 7/2 GROUND ADVANTAGE delivered Monday 7/8 ON TIME (3 business days)1ZB6J0031309339443 ordered Friday 5/31 UPS NEXT DAY AIR delivered Monday 6/3 ON TIME (Next business day)9470111105500340773725 ordered Wednesday 5/17 USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS delivered Saturday 5/20 LATE (3 business days)
1ZB6J0031332592910 ordered Friday 3/29 UPS NEXT DAY AIR delivered Monday 4/1 ON TIME (1 business day)
1ZB6J0031332592910 ordered Friday 3/28 UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER delivered Monday 4/1 ON TIME (1 business day)
9470111206217296849623 ordered Wednesday 2/14 USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS delivered Friday 2/16 ON TIME (2 business days)9470111206217531390217 ordered Friday 12/22 USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS delivered Tuesday 12/26 ON TIME (1 business day)

****As a couple final notes:
(1) the only reason we moved back our cutoff was about the time we added FedEx as a optional carrier, and this was to make sure we could get to FedEx on time, as their cutoff time is 1 hour and 15 minutes before the other carriers.

And (2), we do not cost customers money with our shipping as any time a customer gets a late shipment, we go to that carrier and seek a refund on behalf of the customer, and provide an immediate up-front credit to the customer for shipping, even though we won't get paid by the carrier for several weeks, and often they have some bogus excuse for why they aren't going to grant The Depot a credit on the late, guaranteed shipping service.

I know dealing with all three carriers can be frustrating, but we do our best to make the use of the only carriers of merit seamless. And frankly, I think if we look to this example as reflective of the whole, the odds of getting your package on time is pretty high, and certainly no lower with The Depot given our exceptional same-day shipping track record.

Avoid...

There is no set date for my experience..it's on going always...

If you are a patient that has knowledge and proactive about your care and well being..DO NOT GO.. they will try and force medications on you against proven medication you have been on for years..they do not listen to your concerns and goals for recovery. They do not understand nor care for individual patient needs..and they always seem to draw endless viles of blood for a few tests...I thought I had a Dr. That came recommended by a aquaintance..thats seemed to be well liked and popular and was a internist like my other dr. I had prior..

I got him ..internist ..because my world doesnt allow me to spend weeks on Drs. appointments with endless vsrios specialist for every inch of my body...

There are alot of inches...

that is the only reason I have stuck it out and refrained from loosing it on on him normally I NEVER..loose it..you know it's bad if you reach a point that you want to loose it on a Dr. Or anyone. The sheer incompetence is mind boiling..I mean I have been patient with them for over two years now..I am being forced to take known medication that can cause irreversible damage to handle my chronic pain asperins and aleives a few times a day. Instead of the one medication I was prescribed for years that worked..or..I take a medication they will gladly fill 90..that has over 45 pretty bad side affects and one of them I get after 1 week..
...I am assuming his many year of experience would have been only with those who are elderly and beleive Dr's know you and your life best and what's good for you..

So if you care about surviving a medical issue and u are proactive and know and understand medications and the probabilities of suffering those major side affect they are trying to push on you..

If you are adament on just being on a couple meds at most that you can get off at will onece your condition has been resolved with very minimal issues if any..and there are meds that do that

This is NOT...the place...

The staff NEVER follow up on your care..its as if each time you are going there for the first time so you are repeating yourself every time...

stay away from silvercross doctors..3 so far..once you go there they are nice and they look at you...but they don't see you..

So it's a systemic and practice issue. Not a good place. I want to live not forced to loose my life and quality of live that I barely can try to scrape together. I want to make it out of this. Not have my situation end me..

one is a pain management told me he will not help me litterally the words our his mouth. nor prescribe what I have been on for years prior for helping in managing and living a quality of life. I sadly lost my original internal medicine doctor he had to retire..just before covid..so it's been a uphill battle..I just get what I can off the internet.. went to those doctors to avoid that going on tbe internet to fend for my well being..boy have my eyes opened..even wider..
