Awful liars

Changing my review This site's actually awful scammers and are a bunch of liars. They message you offering a promotion then when you complete all of the terms of promo they waste your time with bots that don't help. Finally week later a reply telling me promo over , i gave plenty of chanced to have them make it right they wasted my tjme stay away they scamming liars and they are having sisters who just joined submit positive trust pilot reviews and offering sc to accts but ofc never doing what promise. Says a lot when a companies going to do that to new customers.A legitimate company shouldn't have to lie to people for positive reviews run run run away from the site

I voice my concerns and in the zone…

I voice my concerns and in the zone return, they restrict and block me from posting anyon. I think on their Facebook page, they're now suspending my trust pilot accounts for no reason. They must be pretty scared of what I'm gonna put out into the community, but I'm a diamond player who has been nothing but loyal and spent over a $100000. I talked to support about being frustrated about a bonus, and now they're blackbawling me unreal, they're making me realize how much they do not care or want me as a player. I'm just wanting to let somebody else out there know because if it could happen to me, it can happen to you. And they're literally, as I speak, wiping me off of all of their sites, for doing nothing, but I'm wanting to talk to support about a bonus. Wow, thank you for your time. I apologize in advance over My anxiety written post. I just want to get out something immediately

Delay in promotions

Delay in promotions. Example get emails that say acct has promotion but when log on to acct they not on acct? Would prefer not to get emails stating I have a promotion added to my account if they're not actually on there have reached out to support multiple times don't feel like got resolved

Watch your bank account total scam I…

Watch your bank account total scam I had a package promotion where I would pay $7.99 to get 18 dollars to play with and everything on the app including the notifications and email receipts say I'm being charged 799 but everything at my bank as far as transactions notifications charges on my actual card were for $8.14 yes I understand it may only be 15 cents but it's the principal I specifically put 799 on a card that I use for online games and to have it declining and getting notifications from this company telling me my purchase for 799 is declined there's no tax no indication of an extra service charge or anything to indicate why my card is being ran for more I've made purchases here before and it's not that that extra amount falls off or anything when I reach out to support they had the audacity to tell me that it most definitely is an issue on my end and it is not their system when I play on several dozen sites for many years now and never one have I had this problem with and if I did have a problem with the purchase legitimate sites would actually try to rectify it instead of blaming the customer but this company immediately shot me down and told me that this is my fault made me feel like I'm crazy and a liar I asked for a supervisor which was ignored I have a bad taste in my mouth I don't feel comfortable playing on a site that's supposed to be for entertainment when they are illegally charging customers more without notifying them we're finding out as a surprise after our account is being charged and then there refusing to provide the help we're asking for and then they're completely acting ignorant when we tell them and show five screenshots including notifications from the bank they're still pretending that this is an issue on my end I will not spend money at a site that makes me feel like I'm crazy.
Seriously measly 15 cent charge imagine all the money they're making if they're taking extra from every person who makes the transaction and that is what is the definition of a scam I apologize for my rant I'm literally shaking because of how this support agent made me feel right now

Wouldn't recommend doing refer a friend…

Wouldn't recommend doing refer a friend promotion or if you did like me and my friend/friends/family you'll end up with huge headache! Not only did my referal sign up with my link and referal code, she ended up making mult purchases to meet the outrageous 50sc purchase requirement ( most sites only require 15-20) she verified her acct and actually feel asleep while making sure to read all t/c. Long story short from everything she read and I've read she's met the requirements of the referral friend program. Fast forward to next day still no credit for using referral link on our accts. Frustrated me and my referal both went many rounds back n forth with chat support to be given generic ridiculous copy n paste responses that made no sense and of course left me forced to repeat myself over n over to be told they won't help or tell me what is preventing being credited promotion only thst I must have my referal contact them which she did and was given even more ridiculous responses! The agent she got treated her as if she was refering me!!! It's upsetting after I personally have deposited many times at this site, play daily, along with spending several hours a week promoting and watching YouTube streamers including spending money for play along features to end up not able to get simple help that we are entitled to and expecting especially on a site that's suppose to be for entertainment! I'm not entertained I'm the opposite. Also what's upsetting is they wouldn't even have my referral with their company if it wasn't for me but they can't give me general information to help me or my referral be credited for the new sign up and this money she spent Etc it's not like I was asking for any of her account information and she got absolutely nowhere when she tried the same thing on her end so we just wasted our time and ended up worse than we were when we started to get help in the first place. It's a shame because this was going to be the site I started really actively promoting but how can I subject myself or my friends and family to this. I'm now expecting to be retaliated against by having my account suspended or blocked for speaking up but I was left with no choice when we got absolutely no help for support. Again all I wanted was basic assistance on the referral promotion imagine what it would be like if it was something more serious. Recap if you end up referring someone and follow all steps don't actually expect to be credited for promo and especially don't except help from support when don't.
