Absolutely apalling company
Absolutely apalling company. Machines are always broken in the car park I used. The one that was working charged me twice! I have tried to have my money refunded. They don't want to know...there is no way of contacting them apart from email ...they just say they have no record of my paying twice when my bank say they have! This problem is a regular occurence in Hexham I believe .....they are an absolute disgrace of a company.
