Villa Gavia is a lovely modern Villa in a good location, Communication with Villa plus was very good through whatsapp, stress free pick up from airport on arrival straight to the Villa, very detailed directions and instructions communicated from Villa plus for transfers and access to Villa,would have been a 5 star review but on arrival day we were told access to Villa was from 4pm, even though we were able to drop luggage when we arrived at 1pm access wasn't allowed till 4pm, when we came back at 4pm the cleaners were only starting to clean and it took them 90 minutes,It was only a minor issue i know but it seemed like forever when you have been travelling all night and you need a rest, but in fairness to them they were thorough in their job,also we thought the Villa would be cleaned during the week with fresh towels but it wasn't but they did clean the pool. This was our first time renting a villa and we weren't sure what to expect and overall it was a good experience and we will definitely be using Villa Plus again and we would have no reservations in recommending them to friends and family

It's brilliant that you felt our communication was smooth just like the journey to and from the airport, as it gives you one less thing to worry about when travelling.
We're really sorry you encountered some issues on arrival day, this may have been because of a late departure of the guests beforehand, but we apologise and understand how tired you all must have been.
