So my dehumidifier was having issues and I contacted Alphamarts because it was 6-months old and out of Amazons 30 day exchange. They were so quick to get back to me and ask me to take a video of what it was doing. They then contacted me for my address so they could send me the newer model free of charge and they told me to not return the defective one and to just dispose of it. 2-days later the new one was delivered and it has more features than the defective one had. I’m so impressed with this company as they have great customer service.

They took care of crediting my full price I paid and they did it quickly and without any issues.

My loan officer was very informative and answered all of my questions. He would always get right back to me. The whole experience was easy and convenient. Everything even my closing was done via zoom and done quickly and they explained everything to my wife and I. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking to refinance.
